      I like this question. I want to experiment with my cooks but I don’t want to do it for a meal I’m preparing for others. Brisket, pork shoulder, turkey, etc. unless it’s several racks of ribs I can wrap early, wrap late, or no wrapping at all...

    Okay, question;
    Weber is coming up with a pellet grill quite soon and i have been reading and watching reviews and it seems tempting to get me one, but when it comes to using pellet grill, i've heard that you do not get any or little smokey flavor to what you are cooking.
    What is your view to a statement like that?

    Thoughts on using marrow butter as a binder for brisket? Cut the femur bone in half roast or on the parrilla until it melts then scrape it out and let it harden in the fridge or heat and inject into a brisket.
    Any takes on doing that?

        The Amazing Ribs community is obviously growing. Obviously due in large part to the great people and the wealth of knowledge in the forum. However, the grilling, smoking and the backyard cook is becoming a craze and it seems like more and more people are getting into this hobby. What do you think is the reason behind this surge?

                    Hypothetically speaking, if you were bringing 7 couples to Chicago in mid-summer (any weekend between mid-July thru August) for a 3 day weekend, where would you go to entertain this mixed group? This group will fly in on a Friday, take the L and hang out downtown all weekend. Unfortunately, baseball is not an option for entertainment .
