    Venison steaks

    Dry brined, marinated in a little low sodium soy, Worcestershire, red wine vinegar. Grilled over lump charcoal, on a SnS, with a chunk of hickory. Pulled 'em at 125°

          Hot sauce, oak smoke, Daisy Dukes, and gun oil... Sometimes when Mrs. Calhoun is in the mood, she pots a few dabbs of Hoppes no.9 behind her ears, and on her wrists, stands by the fireplace with the flue closed, and takes a shot of Slap Ya Mamma before coming to bed... Ahumadora
