These are considered mild which is right in line with my taste buds! Yea it’s going on everything. Any suggestions on thinning it down? I suspect chicken broth?...

marshall chicken or beef broth, depending on what you put it on or put in it. Either would be fine.

Get after that!! That’s flowing through my veins. Except I had salmon.

      that’s how you do it.

        That looks awesome!

That stuff, along with verde sauce is super versatile

Homemade red sauce is the best!!

marshall , I have, typically I give part of it away to neighbors, or friends.

Can anyone direct me to a recipe? I've always wanted to make red sauce.

Looks great. I am also curious about your ingredients

JeffJ here is the recipe I went off , I did not add the butter, I did add the lemon juice highlight in blue as I felt it need some zest, also I added extra chicken broth as I blended to get the consistency I liked! Good look and just ask of you have any questions, although I'm no expert as this was my first batch lol ! Click image for larger version

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.

Blackstone Rangetop Combo: Griddle And Deep Fryer In One

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, grilled cheese, and so much more. And why deep fry indoors when you can avoid the smell and mess by doing it outside!

Although it is not certified as all-weather, we have tested it outdoors in Chicago weather and it has not delaminated in three years, but there is minor fading.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

GrillGrates(TM) amplify heat, prevent flareups, make flipping foods easier, kill hotspots, flip over to make a fine griddle, and can be easily moved from one grill to another. You can even throw wood chips, pellets, or sawdust between the rails and deliver a quick burst of smoke.

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.
