I looked at griddles for about a year before I bought one, there pretty great, fast easy clean up and cooks a lot at once in different heat zones

I think mine gets fajitas tossed onto it more than anything else. I mean, it’s versatile and all, but it’s simple to cook up mountains of fajitas.

NiceI have a thick ribeye that's been dry brining w/ Tony's for 3 days, a yellow onion, and a pack of little tortillas. Fajitas for me today.

I almost missed this! I didn’t get the notification, but those look outstanding!
and that red sauce! MONEY!!!!! You could add some cubed, browned pork shoulder to that and let it cook for a few hours and you start building off of a great base recipe!
