Read the Sous-vide Turkey recipe article and noticed at the end a recipe for Huli Huli Chicken. Unfortunately, there is no use of the Huli Huli / Teriyaki sauce mentioned in the recipe. Should it be used in the bag during sous-vide or brushed on when turning the chicken on the grill or both?
