    Hamburgers

    Last night I did my first sous vide burgers for the family. I set the Anova temperature to 132 for 60 minutes and then seared them on the slow n sear. I also bought some sodium citrate and made some of the best and easiest cheddar cheese sauce. The family loved them. Hero status attained!

        RonB it just might be the best burger I have cooked. Pink edge to edge with a crispy outside.
