    Some help with a different sv cook

    So tonight i plan on grilling with a light smoke a acorn squash which is not a problem done quite a few on the grill, question is i am only going to eat half and i want to give the other to the mexicans for lunch tomorrow so would you do the whole butter brown sugar while on the grill or cook mekid then bag with butter and sugar and reheat tomorrow. What temp would you reheat at

      130-150 is about mouth temp. That's about all I got.
