            Btw... I can't believe I just said that about a cheap ass Publix low level choice flat. I am ordering a Prime on the backside of the pork belly and pulled pork.

              I think I am going to set the Kamado up for the pork belly and butt. Let SmoBot run on the smoker it was designed for. I have enough pecan logs left to make that fairly interesting mixed with some hickory
