    Sirloin tip roast will be first up....

    Currently defrosting. Gonna try and shape it and tie, also thinking about getting some meat glue.

      Nah, I stuck with individual steaks and some pretty good sized muscles.

      No. Trying to think back......couldn't have been very long. The roast was overnight. 4-6 hours on the steaks maybe.
