There is gonna be a chowder fest coming up in my neck of the woods in a few months. Was wondering if anyone had a chowder recipe the was red and a bbq smoked meat (pork or brisket or chicken). I think it would be a cool thing to share with a person that invited me down.
Wasnt really going for a smoked fish or shrimp but maybe a roasted corn and smoked brisket in it. Maybe burnt ends? I don’t know much about chowder but I have time to learn and experiment
