    Stuffed Green Peppers

    I found some Pork Rib Meat in the freezer from last fall. Thanks to Food Saver it was still good so tonight we have stuffed green peppers. Rib meat, homemade ketchup, onion, and rice. Put it on the pellet grill at 225 for 1.5 Hrs. A good summer meal on a hot day. Click image for larger version

      We typically use left-over pork rib meat in fried rice ... but those stuffed peppers look like an awesome alternative!

        Thank you. I did it on a whim and they turned out good. Sometimes when I follow a recipe to cook something it doesn't work. Oh well.
