I really want to try this, but after tonight's kettle grease fire while cooking chicken around the Vortex, I am hesitant to put an olive oil soaked artichoke down in glowing red lump...
My wife loves artichokes, but I don't think she would like the mint he uses in this recipe. Not sure I like the idea of mint and garlic together for that matter, so I would have to think of something else to stuff it with. Garlic yes, I think no to the mint...
