    Sweet corn 🌽

    Vac sealed and froze about 11lbs of sweet corn today and plan on doing more another 10 lbs this weekend, nothing better than some Indiana sweet corn in the middle of February !

    Fantastic. Do you seal up the corn raw, or has it been cooked at all before taking off the cob?

      We boil it to to almost done, that way it’s not over cooked when we microwave it later. Then cut off the cob with a steak knife

      Nice. We were just vac packing green beans for winter and Kathy asked about doing sweet corn too. Guess what I’ll be buying a bushel of tomorrow? 🙂
