Fish Tacos on Camp Chef Flattop

My first attempt at fish tacos. I used Pollack fish from the Wild Alaskan Co.

Excellent brother! I just gave away my last Camp Chef 4 burner. You may remember I had received two! Both went to my Son's. One of which is on his way back to San Diego.

    Love your vids man!

We had fish tacos tonight too! Catfish, punch daddy, and butter. Slaw and pickled jalapenos/onions rounded it out.

Wow! Love that. I'm a midwestern boy, and when I moved to SoCal and heard about Fish Tacos I thought it was the craziest idea I ever heard. Now I can't live without them. But I've never cooked them myself... yet.

I agree with radshop . The first time I heard our Kids talk about having Fish Tacos at College I thought they were joking (and I really like almost all fish). Now we have them at home once in awhile. The same goes for Scrambled Eggs and Salmon. Yum!

Fish tacos may be the best recipe ever to come from Mexico and this method produces superb results.

Nice work kenrobin, always enjoy your backyard videos. I love me some fish tacos, make them all the time with a variety of meaty fish including catfish, tilapia, cod even salmon. Also experiment with various slaws and sauces. The variety is really as endless as your imagination. One of my favorite go to recipes !!

          So tasty looking! Outstanding video.

With one major exception. Since my graduate degree is from UCLA, I found those slippers to be very offensive. But I think I can find it in my heart to forgive you.

Ha Jim! Yes, I admit to dropping in subtle hints about my alma mater. I knew my slippers were visible in some shots & I wondered if anyone would notice LOL.
