That’s a great looking dish! Having just moved to the South, I’m still getting used to grits. Lots of cheese and butter help. But I love being so much closer to shrimping waters. The Bubba Gump cookbook will get much more attention in the next few years.

Not even sure I can get grits up here in Canada, but that sure looks good. If I can’t find grits I might try the shrimp recipe on rice. Thanks.
