    That’s a great looking dish! Having just moved to the South, I’m still getting used to grits. Lots of cheese and butter help. But I love being so much closer to shrimping waters. The Bubba Gump cookbook will get much more attention in the next few years.

        Growing as a military brat I always knew (happily) we were back in the South when grits were an option with eggs on breakfast menus.

          Not even sure I can get grits up here in Canada, but that sure looks good. If I can’t find grits I might try the shrimp recipe on rice. Thanks.

            ofelles damn right Anson Mills. Learning to cook non-instant grits is worth the effort, especially when you have a fresh ingredient like they supply.

            I need to try Anson Mills grits. They look coarser than the grits I used for this recipe. The grits I used were sent to me by a friend and are from Nora Mill Granary: http://www.noramill.com/
