Scallops on the cast iron griddle

just wanted to share the simplest recipe ever...

threw on the cast iron griddle (flat side up) on my kamado - fired it up to about 500.

Dunked 15 scallops in olive oil threw on grill, added a little salt and pepper and did them about 3 minutes a side....half a lemon squeezed on top and served.

they were like candy!

I love doing that one!! Nothing makes a crust like cast iron!
