That's a huge pile of craw for 6 people and the photographer. I'd love to taste craw.

If you're gonna boil "mudbugs", ya might as well make enough to have leftovers. LOVE me some crawfish pie!!!

holehogg, you might be shocked at how fast you can go through a big pile of them, considering how much of each crawfish you throw away. And it's hard to stop eating them once you get on a roll.

i use leftovers to stuff pork loin with jack cheese, jalepenos, and boudan. season with creole seasoning, wrap in bacon, and grill. Bugs are good soooooo many ways. Crawfish cornbread comes to mind too! Ettuffe, dirty rice, crawfish cornbread stuffing... I can goon like bubba gump..

Those mud bugs are very popular here in Sweden. We always serve schnapps to go with the crawdads.

Good call, Spinaker! There are lots of ways to do this, and it is definitely the easiest meal you can cook for a crowd.

I love crawfish boils and low country boils. Where do you get your crawfish?

I like making ettouffe with leftover tails.
