Stopped to have a glass of wine with a longtime friend. He waxed extendedly and poetically about the grilling of clams. "These are the clams I cook for me and my friends helping me." I guess he was distinguishing between "friends" and "guests."
Curious. Is there romance to a grilled clam and more importantly a best way to to grill them?
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
