    Does anyone know how to smoke these ?

    hahaha, just boiled in water with NO seasoning, layered in a faux cambro with seasoning, shaken up and given about 10 minutes.....

    Picked, peeled and fried tails....

      Could not do that, the faux cambro was holding an 18 lb brisket. Yesterday was my son's birthday and we boiled 76 lbs of crawfish and smoked a brisket. Sorry about no pics of the brisket but when it was time to eat it was being hauled off as fast as could slice it

        Guy I work with was telling this past week how ready he was for some crawfish. I'd go for some overpriced fried crawfish tails right now. They have a place 1 hour away that has good fried alligator too.

          I think it's going to be a great season. I have never - or ay least don't remember - buying crawfish the size these were at 2.88 a pound in January

            Dad did a bunch of welding for some guys building a cattle pen and they just happen to have plenty crawfish ponds.
