ecowper I am going to try your recipe next, followed by every other recipe that you guys gave me.

Tuna steaks last night. Tilapia tonight. I'm on a fish roll. LMAO. Hey, isn't that called sushi?

Great! I’m really glad you liked it. You can blacken pork chops, chicken breasts and……RIBEYES are the bomb! From looking at your picture, you nailed it. Maybe add a little more butter to the pan next time? I like to have a small layer all the way across the pan.
