I think I shared my marinade and mopping sauce recipe but here it is again. I make it in bulk and refrigerate. I use it as a mop for anything grilled; steaks, chicken, pork, you name it.
1-cup Woody’s Cooking Sauce
1-cup Wishbone Italian Dressing
2-tabl Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
2-tabl olive oil
2-tabl balsamic vinegar
1-tabl honey
Juice from half a lemon
1-tsp Tony C’s (or other Cajun spice)
Combine all ingredients and heat to a slow boil. Cool down and refrigerate or us as a mop sauce.

Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
2 cans pinto beans
1 can pinto beans with jalepeno
2 cans pork and beans
1/2 jar Woody’s Cookin’ Sauce
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Drain fat. Empty all beans into crock pot. Add hamburger and Woody’s Cooking sauce. Heat on high, then turn to low when hot. Serves 8 or more.

WishBone Italian dressing. Great marinade, and binder.
