Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
A quick shout out. Had some leftover pizza tonight from New Years Day when my daughter and family came over for lunch. Tonight I had a slice. Added pepperoni and heated up in oven. Added their Four Pepper Blend. I finished about half hour ago. Mouth is still a bit on fire. Oh the pain. So worth it.
The four pepper blend is really good, definitely fairly hot. I really like the dark and smoky blend on pizza. It’s not quite as hot and has a really good flavor.
I use their Sweet Heat blend in my bacon cure. I think I like the scotch bonnets in there, something spicy but a little different from the usual flavor.
