All - looking for a new (homemade please) rib rub combo. I've been using primarily a "Memphis Style" recipe along with meatheads MMD....and both are excellent. But im looking for a new avenue for variation. Maybe something that tends a bit more to the "savory" side and less to the sweet side. Thought I'd turn to y'all for guidance.
