1 cup distilled white vinegar
3 tbsp ginger ale
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
kosher salt
few grinds of black pepper.
Adjust the pepper and hot sauce to your spice preference. Sauce sounds a little weird maybe, but it is great on pork and my go to on pulled pork sandwiches. This is similar to the sauces I grew up on in the foothills of the Appalachians.
