    Kona Coffee BBQ Rub

    My niece just returned from Hawaii and gave me a can of Honolulu Coffee Kona Coffee BBQ Rub. I have never used a coffee rub. What cuts would you recommend this on and how heavily to put it on? Ingredients are 100% Kona Coffee, sugar, sea salt, chilies, onion, garlic, lime, chocolate, cayenne pepper and smoked paprika.

    Skirt steak or flank steak cut thin on tortillas with your favorite garnishes.

        Do you really think that you can tell the difference between varieties in coffee with all the other stuff that's in there. I doubt it.

      Any steaks (NY strip, ribeye, etc). Put some olive oil on the steak, then put your rub on it. The sear it with what you have. I like to use a charcoal chimney and sear the heck out of it. It will produce an amazing crust!

        Put some in your coffee machine. She got it through TSA so I guess putting it in your pipe won't work.
