    Injection Solution Preparing and storing.

    How far in advance may I prepare the injection solution? I want to maximize my flavors, and save time at events by having it ready to go when I get there.

    anyone have any experience making it days ahead of time? How did that go?

    I make it a day or two before and always include some of the rub in it to bring some of that flavor inside the meat. I strain it before injecting so I do not clog the injector.

      I just use a fine strainer.

    Make it when you want and freeze it.

      I have made it and froze it, but now, I have made powdered versions, and I just add it to a shaker cup and use on the spot.
