What a bummer. I’m the opposite, I double whatever is called for. I would say as had been said, make your own & delete it. Whenever sugar is called for, I replace it with stevia for my wife’s health.

Salt and pepper make an excellent steak seasoning . If you wanna get crazy you could always add some onion powder, chili powder, paprika or anything else you like.

You should be able to leave the garlic out of any rub recipe you see here. I used to make the Simon and Garfunkel rub with just parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. However I like it better with other spices added too.

    Garlic-Free Steak Seasoning

As much as I hate to recognize it, I recently learned that I am garlic intolerant. Can anyone recommend an off-the-shelf garlic-free steak seasoning? If not, a recommendation for a homemade mix? As always, thanks in advance.
