The Memphis rub and the hot chicken spice both have salt, but that’s not so bad; when a rub has salt, then rub the night before, I say.

Some guy @ work "accidentally" left a White Castle slider under the front seat of a police car. Said he took a corner quick and thought he got them all out. After about 24 hours later the next Sgt. wasn't amused.
Never really heard of aji chili until today and this is the second time I have seen it referenced. First was a Peruvian chicken recipe that called for aji chili paste and now this.
