    BBQ class

    Had a great time attending a BBQ class this weekend taught by Chris Marks from "Three Little Pigs" in Scottsdale Az. Learned how to smoke spare ribs, pork butt, chicken and of course brisket. He also cooked a beautiful bone in prime rib. Everything turned out perfect!! Allot of great information and technics on how to prep and smoke all kind of meat and poultry.
