Need ideas for recipes that use limes

Mrs Skinsfan bought a sack of limes, from Costco. I think it's something like 5 lbs. I can only make so many bourbon mojitos with these things.

Does anyone have a go-to marinade where lime is a main ingredient?

    Thanks!

The obvious are guacamole and salsa, but we marinate onions in lime juice.
Slice some red onion very thin and marinate in lime juice for at least 30 min - longer is ok.
Add to Mexican dishes before serving - fajitas, tacos, burritos - whatever.
They also go well on on salads.

Skinsfan1311, I think if you do a Search for Fajita Marinades on AR you will find several Recipies! Huskee had an extensive Post a while back I Apologize I Can't figure out how to link things! I also use it as a Spritz for Pork Butts, Chicken and others like Seafood! 1 Cup Apple Juice, 1/2 Cup Each: Lemon & Lime Juice, 1/3 - 1/2 Cup Worsteshire Sauce, Put All in a Spray Bottle store in The Refridgerator!

No main ingredients other than (Key) lime pie. I use lime juice in an excellent bbq sauce concoction. I make Meathead's Carolina Gold, mix it 50/50 with my Huskee's Original Shawsh (basically a KC style bbq sauce), then add a dash of lime juice. It's stunning on smoked chicken.

I use this Bobby Flay Ginger-Soy-Lime marinade for shrimp. Pretty tasty.

I use this marinade for pork, especially pork tenderloin that I put on the grill. Never done a pork butt with it like the recipe calls for, though. Works well for chicken too.

I use in a carne asada marinade. Any leftover limes I juice and freeze in ice cube trays for future use.

I have a Lime sorbet if you have an ice cream maker attachment to a mixer. Never tried the "no mix" one. I also have a lemon (lime should work) Sabayon you can use in tart shells. Have one for a curd too. I have make all. My fave is the sorbet and sabayon with whipped cream on top and zest. Sounds foo foo but easy and tasty for sure. Let me know and I will post.

That looks fantastic, but I'm too darn lazy to make it. I cheat, and use the recipe on the Yoshida's sauce bottle, and spike it with Sriracha.
