    Their "finished product" does not look appealing . Maybe I'm narrow minded, but I want my food to look good.

      Not big on dry aged, and I've had Prime dry aged. Different, but not necessary for my taste buds.

            I'm thinking about it. I'm not one to rush into things.

            That means... I MIGHT try it sometime in 2016.

            But... I do have Sometimer's disease too. It's not full blown Alzheimer's but sometimes I forget about good ideas.😏
