    Meat Church Texas Sugar Rub

I am a huge fan of anything Meat Church; I have to almost force myself to use something other than The Gospel on just about anything. Toast, biscuits, eggs, you name it. So I was kind of intrigued when I ran across this Texas Sugar rub. Any of you guys tried it? It won't matter what you think actually, I am just acting like I need some kind of approval before I buy it lol

I have a bottle. It’s pretty good. Not my absolute favorite, but good. I use it on hashbrowns. But, YouTube will give you a lot more ideas on how to use it.

Plus they have this image of me. Don't I just overwhelm you with my sexiness?

How do you use it? Beef? I am thinking the sugar could be a good compliment to a steak and helps with the crust?

I have used it mostly on pork belly, however, it did work well with beef ribs as well.

Gospel is good, as is Holy Gospel
If you like some heat the Hot Honey Hog is good too!
The only Meat Church that I've tried that I haven't been crazy about is the fajita...
It seems really salty to me. Maybe I just haven't gotten the dosage down right just yet..🤷‍♂️

What's their best Tex Mex Seasoning? Fajita or Holy Voodoo or? I've read some can get salty.

I haven't tried the fajita, but like Finster I use holy vodoo on wings a lot. I have also used it on ribs. I like it quite a bit.

Holy Voodoo is excellent. I have yet to try their Fajita rub, so I can’t give an opinion that way, but I use Holy Voodoo on beef, chicken and pork, especially when going for tacos.
