    Better Mashed Potatoes

    This isn't really a recipe; it's just a technique for making tastier mashed potatoes. The "technique"? Bake the potatoes instead of boiling them. Heck, you can even bake 'em on the barbie to add some smoky flavor. Just scoop out the flesh once they're done and make mashed 'taters however you normally do.
