    Pulled Pork--made my first butt

I smoked my first pork butt today. 6.5 lbs. bone in from the grocery store. 8.5 hours cooking time. It stalled at 165 and I ended up wrapping it. Used Meathead's Memphis Dust rub. Very pleased with results, but more importantly, the wife thought it was great--she ate the pork without sauce on a bun.

I typically don't sauce much, unless I'm out somewhere and there are different sauce varieties to try out. I view when no sauce is needed, the seasoning was spot on. Looks great.
