    Hog roast at 30 degrees

Today I am smoking some pulled pork for a friend's house warming party. I got a good deal on a 500 lb sow so I cut the front shoulders off and cut into 2 inch thick roasts. It is 30 degrees and raining/snowing and the party starts at 1:00. How could this possibly go wrong?? Click image for larger version

Backroadmeats I'm sure you're up for the challenge! Good luck today. Don't send that weather south for a little while. We're about 3 hours away from you.

I think that is a little too low n slow.

Looks like a fun day. Better then sittin in a treestand on a cold wet day.
