Finishing ribs with cheese...lol...just hear me out.
Question- has anyone finished ribs off wit sprinkling some sharp white cheddar or whatever kind of cheese you like at the end of the cook? Just was thinking it might be tasty. Thanks.
I will be trying this this next week. Was going for a almost burnt cheese crust with the dry rubs underneath...sounds like it would be good. Could end up being gross. But will try and report back.
