I’ve mostly been lurking and haven’t had the opportunity to cook much. Had a 10 pound pork belly that I cooked up. Rubbed with R Butts are Smoking "Ozark Heat" and Killer Hogs "The BBQ Rub." Cooked at 250 for 3 hours, then wrapped in foil with a splash of apple juice and some honey for another hour or so at 300 then unwrapped and added some Killer Hogs "BBQ Sauce" and a dash more honey and cooked for 30 more minutes at 300 to tack up the sauce. Pretty delicious.
