Anybody ever smoke any of this heritage breed pork? I have smoked Berkshire and interested in seeing if there is any difference in quality. I found a local supply of this stuff about the same price as Berkshire. If it is good enough for the English Royal Family it should be pretty good!

Having lived in England, I believe it's 'glaw' 'stir'... which is odd because some of the other places ending in shire are pronounced like 'sure'

58limited ItsAllGoneToTheDogs and EdF - it’s like Leceister - pronounced Lester I’ve been to London a few times and learned pretty quick things aren’t pronounced the way they look! I got some great looks riding the Tube and reading some of the stops! I was curious if the "ster" would be heard or not.
