Fully thawed or not I would follow Meathead's reheat.

Just allow for a little more time if it isn't fully thawed when it is introduced to the Rec-Tec.

You could always try leaving it in the wrapper and floating it in water. It will thaw faster this way in the fridge. I have put my instant read thermometer into something this large to determine if it had thawed or was still frozen. Good luck!

We have a graduation lunch Sunday at 1PM. Snake River Farms bone in ham just arrived around 6PM Thursday. I need to thaw it and reheat it for our lunch. Suggestions?

I could go with Meatheads reheat on the RecTec Sunday morning. I'm hoping it will thaw between now and then. Open to suggestions for the thaw and the reheat. Thanks! /Clayton
