today spareribs but a new recept, and other temp without tin foil, but very nice. this time a bit olijf oil and a dry rub, temp 160 C for 2 hours, i also placed a dish/bowl with appel juich and  vinegar in the bbq next to the meat, than the Jack Daniels whiskey honey sauce en than just 15 min later they are wel done almost fall off the bone, and with a nice bark. This time more of a bite, still juicy and more flavor
with us it is now 5 pm, and overseas it is now morning, and maybe some just woke up haha
