    Trying indoor ribs...

    Going with the Smoky Indoor Ribs Recipe but I was a little light on smoke.... right now they are wrapped and cooking at 225 in the oven in foil. Big rack of spareribs so planning 3 hours unwrapped. I salted and used MMR. Will add a bit mor3 MMR if it looks like they need it when I unwrap.

    I am skeptical. but hey, why not try

      hehehehe. Yeah, I was thinking that while running 400+ on the kettle for some rendezvous ribs.
