    Someone Really Needs a Membership Here

    This picture was posted in another forum. The gentleman put on rub, then slathered them in honey, then more rub, then threw them on the smoker for 4 1/2 hours. :-)

    The special Blackened Ribs. Always a classic. I used to make those all the time when I was drinking heavily. LOL

      I made a whole Blackened Chicken one time. After that things began changing for me-----very slowly but for the better.

      When I joined the PBC Meat Drop Club a few years ago I had blackened ribs. They say carbon is good for the teeth.

            This guy made candy with the honey. I also saw that post on the other site. Speaking of that other site, I have learned a few things there, but mostly how badly those folks need to be in our Pitmaster Club here!

                Can’t believe you are criticizing the person for making homemade artisanal lump charcoal. Sure I wouldn’t have used spare ribs to do that but I applaud the devotion to his craft!
