I wept through your report on those poor little porky wibs. It was so disheartening I almost couldn’t make through the computer read out stuff, then the sky opened up & harps began to play when you said they were sorta edible! I know this is personal, but I’m so glad I don’t cook by read outs & graphs. Yes I do watch the temp but I hope you have learned you have to watch over the wibs & care for them, nice little wibs, nice little piggy. Work harder & enjoy. It’ll be better next time.
