    1st Rack

    1st attempt at ribs. Did them naked. Bite tender is what I aimed for and hit the mark. I will, however adjust my seasonings a bit. All in all, pretty happy!

      IMHO, naked ribs is best! If you have to cover them with sauce, you must be doing something wrong, and there doesn't appear to be a thing wrong with those. Nothing wrong with further practice though.
