      They're beautiful. Just a suggestion: you need better lighting in the photos. One can't really see the beautiful cut side of the room in the second pic. Maybe force the flash?

          Me too, jus found BBRs $2.48/lb., locally, goin there mañana.

          Precious little on good sales right now, local ads are greatly reduced in size...

          Second LA Pork Butt . The one thing I neglected to buy last I was in the grocery store was ribs and/or butt. I'm powerfully regretting it about now since I don't know when I will get back.

        Was wonderin what kinda sorta sauce/glaze ya used?
        Might jus be my ol eyebulbs, but it looks like ya mighta....

          Mr. Bones - I also have never wrapped ribs. But I've been watching a whole lot of Malcom Reed videos lately and he nearly always wraps with liquid Parkay margarine and brown sugar. Sometimes something else as well. I've been inching toward giving it a try.

        Those are terrible views because they're NOT ON MY TABLE. However the BBQ place a half mile from me is selling off some meat since they're not sure how long they can stay open. Might need to stop by..
