    Pork loin roast rub ideas?

    I just picked up a "Joetisserie" and plan on doing a pork loin roast on this weekend. Not sure how I should season it though. I think my normal rib rub would burn on the rotisserie because of all the sugar. Thinking about Simon & Garfunkel rub maybe. What are y’all thoughts?

        I like a layer of BBBR on pork myself, then some other rub on top of that, whether an herbal one like S&G or a sweeter one like MMD. Mixing the bolder BBBR in has become one of my family's favorite ways to do pork.

          I use my version of Memphis dust all the time, and my version is loaded with brown sugar.
          I don't use a rotisserie so have to pay attention when searing otherwise works great.

            I like a habanero, or scotch bonnet rub with some jerk inspired ingredients. Or a Cajun seasoning.
