    upper 40's Im told..

But, Im really enjoying sitting out on my patio with some ribs smoking. I am not a big pork ribs guy to be honest, but, I wanted to chill outside for 5-6 hours and listen to music and trade that trapped up inside winter air for outside air, so, 1 1/2 racks of ribs on the kettle comfortable tilt in my chair... both dogs are chilling. Today is a good day.

Not at my house, the beer warms up to 98.6F rather quickly.

I wanted to do the same on my pork shoulder cook today but is was a damp, drizzly windy day for the most part.
Finally got sun cloud mix about 45 mins ago, still have that cold wind though.

See, if ya woulda fired up yer cooker then it woulda been warm & dry in yer little immediate area. I guess it would still be windy though. 🕶

Posted them over in what are you cooking thread. But, here is the final product. No sauce, just good old fashion bark. I think I have done pork ribs 4 maybe 5 times, this is the happiest I have been with them.

My wife said, stop taking photos, I want to eat it. LOL, and she went back for seconds.

I love 'em but the wife can't eat pork. Affects her terribly. I LOVE pork ribs, butts, etc. I cook it when I can but only in small amounts since it's only me. In fact, I haven't smoked a full rack yet. Doing it soon though. I'll be happy if mine turn out anywhere close to these. Good job!
