    Quarantine Ribs

    Along the lines of mgaretz Blasphemy ribs, comes Coronavirus Quarantine Ribs. My boy turned 19 yesterday. While he was still at UT Knoxville a few weeks before the world ended, lol, I told him I'd make bbq balogna today. Well the last 4 days I've been to my Kroger 4 or 5 times and no balogna chubs. But they had plenty of ribs, so I'm cooking ribs. Thankfully with the Blasphemy Rib technique, I knew I could cut them into 1 or 2 bones and they'll cook pretty fast. Because I didn't get off at 330 like I planned. I had to be there until 445. I have also prepared some homemade Mac. Elbow Mac, a block of Velveeta, a can of Kroger Bacon and aged cheddar sauce topped with cheddar jack cheese.
    i didn't get a snap of the ribs before they started but since I knew I would be in a hurry I bought Memphis famous Central BBQ ribs rub. It smells like ribs should taste!!

    Damn that was good. Ribs were taaaasty. Probably could cook another half to full hour. I only got them about 2 hours at 300. But they were 185-199 I.T.
    but my son and my 16 year old step son both liked them.
