    Double Blasphemy Rib Pics

    Okay, here is the documentation! I pulled them a little too early, and this time they took longer to cook - an hour and fifteen minutes total.

    So, correct me if I'm wrong... this approach is perhaps more akin to 'pork chop candy bars' than true ribs, what with the more firm texture and hotter cook? Not knocking it at all, just finding more of a familiar comparison.

      There was a post a few years ago called Blasphemy Ribs. The blasphemy was cutting the into separate ribs an cooking them at 225 which took about 2 1/2 hours. My additional blasphemy was cooking them at 325 which takes about 1 1/2 hours.
